These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to MyFreeFollower.com, member accounts, free task rewards, and paid social media growth orders. Please read them carefully before registering or checking out. If you disagree with any section, do not use our services.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and not create multiple accounts to abuse free trials.
Services and delivery
We provide social media growth services delivered gradually. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that violate platform policies or our fair-use rules.
Tasks, points, and free services
Points are earned by completing approved dashboard tasks and spent on free trial packages in the catalog. Paid services require crypto checkout — points cannot be used for paid orders or converted to cash. We may reject incomplete or fraudulent proofs. Referral commissions follow program rules published in your dashboard.
Prohibited use
You may not use our services for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to violate third-party platform terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the system.
Limitation of liability
MyFreeFollower is provided as-is. We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any social platform. We are not liable for account actions taken by third-party platforms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact support@myfreefollower.com with questions.
Payments and billing
Paid orders are billed at checkout in the currency shown. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected method. Prices include applicable service fees displayed before confirmation. Failed crypto payments do not create active orders.
Intellectual property
MyFreeFollower logos, site design, and original content are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or resell our catalog without written permission. Your username and submitted proof media remain yours; you grant us a license to review proofs for task verification.
Dispute resolution
Contact support first for any order dispute. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours. Chargebacks opened without contacting support may result in account suspension while the case is reviewed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable international commerce principles and the jurisdiction stated in our company registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Local consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply where mandated by law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right for the future.
